How to Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your Lightning Tennis account and associated data. You can request account deletion through the following methods:

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open Lightning Tennis app → Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm deletion

Email Request

Send an email to lightningtennisapp@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Profile information (name, email, photo) Immediately
Match history and statistics Immediately
Club memberships Immediately
Friend connections Immediately
Chat messages Within 30 days
Authentication credentials Immediately

Data Retention

Some anonymized data may be retained for legal, security, or analytical purposes:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your match history, rankings, trophies, and club memberships.
